    Every device returned through Returna carries a single all-in price. That price covers shipping, intake, certified data erasure, diagnostics, grading, and final disposition (resale or recycling). There are no hidden line items or hourly charges. You pay the platform subscription plus per-device execution — that's it.
    After processing, devices that qualify for resale are sold through approved channels. Proceeds are split 70/30 — you get 70%, the processing hub gets 30%. Returna takes zero cut of resale value. Your share is automatically netted against your next service invoice, so there's no separate payment to track or reconcile.
    No. Every device goes through the same processing pipeline. The final disposition — resale or certified recycling — is determined after erasure, diagnostics, and grading. This reflects operational reality: you can't know a device's resale value until it's been fully assessed. Returna applies a value-recovery-first policy by default.
    Box returns are individual device pickups — typically from employees' homes during offboarding. A pre-paid box is sent to the employee, they pack and ship. Bulk returns are for larger batches: office closures, refresh cycles, warehouse clearouts. Bulk pricing is lower (€110 vs €185 per device) because logistics are more efficient at scale. Bulk is available on Growth and Enterprise plans.
    Enterprise contracts use a three-layer model: an annual platform commitment (covering orchestration, integrations, SLAs), tiered per-device execution pricing (volume discounts with bands), and automatic recovery credit netting. Pricing is agreed upfront and may vary by asset class, region, and volume tier. Typical annual platform commitments range from €50k–€250k depending on scope.
    Yes. You can upgrade from Essential to Growth at any time — the difference is prorated. Moving to Enterprise requires a conversation since it involves a custom contract, but there's no lock-in on self-serve plans. Annual plans can be upgraded mid-term with prorated pricing applied.
    Returna's hub network is expanding. If we don't have a certified Return Hub in a specific country, we'll work with you to find the best solution — either onboarding a local partner or routing to the nearest available hub. Enterprise contracts can include country-specific rollout timelines.
    Self-serve plans (Essential and Growth) have no minimum volume commitment — you pay the platform subscription plus per-device as you go. Enterprise contracts include annual minimum volume commitments as part of the negotiated terms, which unlock lower per-device pricing.
